Biographer and film historian Mrs. Kelly (Patricia Ward Kelly) takes audiences behind the scenes and shares an intimate story of her late husband Gene Kelly, the man who helped create some of the most memorable scenes in film history. This unique, LIVE performance—praised as “a real treat” by Variety—combines rare and familiar film clips, never released audio recordings, memorabilia, and personal insights culled from hours of interviews with her husband. Mrs. Kelly, whose presentation has been described as “mesmerizing,” reveals a very personal side of this American legend and his perspective on the innovative work for which he wished to be remembered.

The Gene Kelly The Legacy Event last night in Beverly Hill, his wife has produce the most amazing show about her late husband’s life. I know about Gene Kelly from Singin in the Rain, but this event starts with his humble beginnings in Pittsburgh, to NYC Broadway years, to the Hollywood years. It is beautifully presented by Patricia Ward Kelly his wife, how they met, to their beautiful romance and love, and then through to his death. Patricia memories are of a loving wife and soul mate so touching and sharing with the world and keeping his amazing Legacy alive. Gene Kelly life should be taught in schools and colleges. There is dance and then there is Gene Kelly, a man truly an expert on all dance, singing, and acting. As a actor what I appreciated the most was Gene Kelly’s talents. What an amazing singer, dancer, actor, and director. A true triple threat with alot more. This show is a must see. Patricia thank you for taking the time to say hi and sharing Gene and your life and yout love story with the world. Your show is brilliant! Your show is a must see for the world Patricia Ward Kelly.
